Ok, so this is not quite your standard sales page. Maybe it will be someday, but for now, it’s more of a project that I’ve been wanting to do for quite a while.

While this is a page about me, Johannes Klupfel, It really is about you. Or for you.

I am on a mission to help business owners grow successful businesses.

And on this page I am sharing what I've learnt running a small business for over a decade.

But it’s not just about my business. It’s also about the hundreds of businesses that I’ve worked with.

Most businesses have more in common than they think.

Yes, there are nuances, but every business needs a handful of things to make it a success. And these tend to be quite similar even though the industries vary.

And I’ll be shedding some light on what these are, and I will be sharing tools to help you implement them. Or at the very least educate you enough so you know what to do about them.
